The "save as" command to save a copy of a document with a new name is back, too. And Mountain Lion adds a nice feature to Auto Save: You can now rename a document directly by selecting its name in the title bar.

Sacrificing herself for her child, Zhuang entrusts the infant heir to her doctor, respected commoner Cheng Ying.

In a truly biblical turn of events, Tu orders all the town?s babies to be collected at his palace to be duly vetted. Some have often knocked Chen?s films as pretty but rather bloodless historical dramas, but this is absolutely not the case with ?Sacrifice.? While the period trappings are as richly detailed as ever, there is also plenty of blood.

In fact, the first act is quite a spectacle of mayhem, segueing into a tense cat-and-mouse game in which the fate of the city?s infants hang in the balance. Yet, it ultimately settles into a stone-cold revenge drama.

Featuring several of Chen?s semi-regulars, the film?s talented ensemble is equally adept at the stately tragedy and the gutty action sequences. As Tu Angu, Wang Xueqi is in his element. Ruthless yet charismatic, he is the sort of villain viewers find themselves identifying with, in spite of themselves.

Has he forgotten that 49 residents (including 8 women) have been savagely murdered in unprovoked attacks by Iraqi forces and over 1,000 injured?

Mr. Kobler suddenly blames the residents for the stalling of negotiations (after thanking them as early as last month for their cooperation). The residents have consistently welcomed dialogue with both UNAMI and GoI. In fact, as a testament to their willingness to cooperate, 2,000 of them agreed to move to Liberty even in the face of GoI's attempts to stonewall the peaceful process. The residents have only refused to take parts in meetings slated to be chaired by a nefarious individual complicit in massacring and torturing the residents on tow infamous occasions of July 2009 and April 2011.

Mr. Kobler says that Camp Liberty "meets acceptable humanitarian standards" as a Temporary Transit Location, but immediately adds that no government has stepped forward to accept the refugees. How can he justify this blatant contradiction? He is fully aware that the relocation is not within reach any time soon, but yet insists on referring to "Camp Liberty" as a Temporary Transit Location to find an easy way to build a case for the violation of basic humanitarian needs? in the camp.

At the same time, according to press reports, the US Secretary of State's special representative for Camp Ashraf, Daniel Fried, has also praised the Iraqi government for "even going above and beyond Washington's expectations" to accommodate the residents' demands. Interestingly, in yet another contradiction, Ambassador Fried admitted that the conditions at Liberty are, of course, not comparable to those of a "city" like Ashraf, thereby implicitly acknowledging the horrid situation at Liberty.

We believe that the minimalist humanitarian demands of residents are reasonable and easily achievable. Sadly, however, Martin Kobler and Amb. Fried's one-sided positions have proven to be instrumental in Iraqi government's refusal to meet these requirements.

Martin Kobler's nearly seven month tenure demonstrates that he does not possess the integrity to protect the rights of the innocent and the defenseless. In light of these repeated infractions of his duty, The Association of Iranian-Americans in NY & NJ, supported by the Iranian communities around the United States, sees a real need for the appointment of an objective and competent personal envoy by the UN Secretary General to Camp Ashraf and Camp Liberty, so that all issues could be addressed in fair and unbiased manner. We further reiterate that the humanitarian needs and demands of the residents of both camps have to be addressed in an expeditious manner and without delay.

According to Ken Rosenthal and Jon Paul Morosi of FOXSports.com, the Angels have acquired right-hander Zack Greinke from the Brewers.

The Brewers are getting prospect shortstop Jean Segura and two Double-A pitchers in return. Rosenthal writes that the deal is done, but the ?finishing touches? are still being applied.

Greinke, an impending free agent, wraps up his tenure with the Brewers with a 3.67 ERA in 49 starts over two seasons. The Brewers recently offered him a contract extension, reportedly in the range of five years and $100 million, but the two sides weren?t able to make progress on an agreement.

With Greinke, Jered Weaver and C.J. Wilson as their big three, it?s safe to say the Angels could go toe-to-toe with anyone if they make the playoffs. They could be even more dangerous if Dan Haren and Ervin Santana get back on track.

The AL West-leading Rangers might have had a bigger need for the starter than the Angels did, so it will be interesting to see whether they intensify their efforts to land Josh Johnson from the Marlins or possibly James Shields from the Rays.

Does Twitter influence whether you'll get a flu shot, or does it simply map the?prevalence?of flu vaccinations in your area??

That's what researchers at Penn State University are trying to figure out in a study that examines 478,000 tweets referring to the flu in late 2009, New Scientist reports. A team of students examined posts to the social network, sent out when vaccinations against the swine flu pandemic became available in the United States.?Turns out, if people in your area tweet a lot of smack against flu vaccines, it's likely that you ? or at least those around you ? aren't getting vaccinated.?

Likewise, if you're in an area where people are typing out pro-vaccination tweets, you and those around you are more likely to get vaccinations.?

Of course, researchers are mostly worried about people who aren't getting vaccinated, and hope to use such social media mapping to educate those in areas with large numbers of so-called ?vaccine resisters,? people opposed to vaccines for reasons unsupported by science ? or public health experts.

Head Penn State researcher?Marcel?Salath??told New Scientist, "If we know where people are particularly misinformed, then we know where we should do a better job at informing."

So does that make social media the cause ... or the solution? The answer seems to be both.?"Preliminary analysis shows it is very likely that negative opinions of vaccination are contagious on online social networks,"?Salath??said. Not everyone is in a position to purchase a new home right now; however, that shouldn?t stop you from documenting any improvements you make to your current abode.

Each year our neighbors spend their tax return on home improvements. Two years ago they refurbished their kitchen, last year they purchases new windows for the entire house and this summer they are giving their master bathroom a facelift. Given her passion for scrapbooking, it?s no surprise that each time my neighbor embarks on a redo the process ends up as the subject of yet another memory album.

Personally, I think scrapbooking home improvements is a phenomenal idea. Not only do you get to show off amazing before and after photos, but documenting the details of the demolition and construction is also beneficial for insurance purposes.

If you are looking for ways to create eye-popping page designs to showcase your home or room makeover, remember that the devil is in the details. Be sure to include even the smallest projects. For example, if you are redoing your living room and giving the fireplace a facelift, take pictures of the materials being used, plus any other fine details that make the design unique. You can then make a photo collage and accent the page with brief journaling about each feature.

If you are doing a multi-room upgrade, consider crafting a layout that documents each member of your family and his or her favorite part of the finished project. For example, if your daughter scored a new closet in the makeover, display photos of her in her new addition and embellish the rest of the page with die cuts and stickers of hangers, shoes and different articles of clothing. Likewise, if your husband finally got the man cave of his dreams, be sure to journal his reaction when he stepped foot into his sanctuary for the first time. Digg to get a complete redesign, relaunch in August

Well, that was fast. Not two weeks after Digg was bought out by Betaworks (parent company to Bit.ly, among other startups), we're learning the crowd-sourced news aggregator is poised to relaunch as soon as August 1. In a blog post, the 10-person engineering team promises an overhaul of the site, once a litmus test for what was popular on the internet. Most interesting, perhaps, is the revelation that while Digg will not be a rebadged version of News.me, the aggregation app already owned by Betaworks, the two services will eventually be folded into one product. And while the team isn't revealing how, exactly, the new Digg will differ from the old, they did promise it would eventually receive personalization features similar to what News.me already offers. Other than that, Betaworks didn't share any specifics, but luckily, you'll only have to wait two weeks to find out what's in store.

Children's Health & Fitness ? Most U.S. Adults Say Obesity Is Serious

Eighty-one percent of U.S. adults say obesity is an extremely or very serious problem ? up significantly from 69 percent in 2005, a survey indicates.

The Gallup Poll found Americans see obesity as a more serious societal issue than cigarettes ? a change from 2005, the last time Gallup asked the question.

Fifty-seven percent of U.S. adults said they were equally likely to say it is extremely or very important to have federal government programs that address the health risks associated with obesity, and 55 percent said the same about smoking while 48 percent said the same about excessive alcohol consumption.

About 8-in-10 of Republicans, independents and Democrats agreed obesity is an extremely or very serious problem to society. However, while the vast majority of Democrats think it is extremely or very important to have federal government programs to address obesity, fewer than 30 percent of Republicans said the federal government needed to be involved.

First lady Michelle Obama?s high-profile anti-childhood obesity campaign Let?s Move!, which began in 2010, might have affected Americans? perceptions of the severity of the issue, Gallup officials said.

Colo. suspect: People remember shy 'Jimmy'

People who knew the Colorado shooting suspect James Holmes said he was a quiet, academically oriented man.

Holmes, who formerly lived in San Diego, was arrested in a Denver suburb early Friday morning on suspicion for fatally shooting 12 people and wounding several others in a movie theater premiere of ?The Dark Knight Rises."

Holmes attended UC Riverside, where he graduated with highest honors in 2010, according to Chancellor Timothy P. White.

Neighbors and friends said Holmes went by "Jimmy."

Sumit Shah, 24, said he went to Westview High School in Rancho Penasquitos with Holmes, where they graduated in 2006.

?I knew him pretty well, we were friendly,? said Shah. ?He was pretty shy, but once he got comfortable with you, he was the funniest, smartest guy? He always had something witty to say.?

Shah said he was shocked to learn what happened.

?I don?t even understand how,? he said. ?The guy I knew in high school, I don?t understand how that could be the same guy?He was shy and little quiet, but he was never aggressive or mean. He always had really good grades. He seemed pretty normal.?

Shah and Holmes sat next to each other in an AP U.S. History class. Shah said they would eat lunch together and Holmes would sometimes join in lunch hour football games.

"He was pretty quiet, but when he got comfortable, he was pretty talkative, he said. "He was mostly a nice guy."

Shah called the situation "tragic."

Suspect James Eagan Holmes reportedly never said a word while allegedly shooting 71 people and killing 12 in a sold-out showing for Batman movie "The Dark Knight Rises." Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper said it was "the act of a very deranged mind." NBC's Miguel Almaguer reports.

"Its a horrible thing to happen. I couldn't imagine anybody I know would be capable of that sort of thing," said Shah. "Its kind of weird to see him go from the guy I knew to somebody who would kill 12 people and counting."

A 16-year-old neighbor Anthony Mai said he knew Holmes his whole life. He said he cannot believe that Holmes performed such an act.

?James was happy and smiling,? said Mai.

Holmes also had trouble finding a job a few years ago, Mai said.

Holmes played soccer and run cross country from when he was a student at Westview High School.

Alex Van Horne played Junior Varsity soccer with Holmes at Mesa Verde Middle School.

"He was never one of those people who you looked at and thought there was something inside that needed to come out," Van Horne said. "I don't remember him standing out."

He also said Holmes wasn't someone who stood out.

"There's people you see in high school that you worry about sometimes, but he wasn't one of those ... He always seemed fine," said Van Horne.

Holmes' uncle, who shares his name, lives in Carmel, Calif. and said that he was blown away when he heard the news. He said his nephew was a "nerd" and "unassuming kid."

Neighbor Marjorie Aguliar said her son know Holmes when he lived in San Diego, and also said he was ?quiet.? Another neighbor Ilana Aroson said Holmes used to swim with the fellow neighborhood kids in her backyard pool, but she hasn?t seen him in many years. ?

"He was a nice kid and grew up in a nice neighborhood," said neighbor Kim Goff to NBC 7 San Diego. "Whenever I spoke to his mother she was very proud of him."

The honor student, who moved to Colorado last year to study psychiatric disorders, dropped out in June. In recent months, he purchased four weapons and allegedly booby-trapped his apartment with various incendiary and chemical devices. NBC's Mike Taibbi reports.

Goff also said that Holmes' family has lived in San Diego for more than 15 years.

"I feel so bad for his parents," said Goff. "They're just such nice people."

San Diego County Deputy District Attorney Wendy Patrick spoke about traditional red flag warning signs that will be part of the investigation in this case.

?Gosh this guy was a Ph.D. student. Lots of people would look at that and say this doesn?t seem to be the kind of person who would target a theater full of people? on the opening night of a blockbuster film,? Patrick said.

Patrick, who teaches Business ethics at San Diego State University and is co-author of ?Reading People,? said there are a number of things investigators will be looking at.

?People who knew him, how he spent his time, what he talked about,? she said. ?Some people talk about fantasies of doing stuff like this....You want to look at and talk to people who really knew him personally to get a fuller picture of who he was.?

Holmes is currently in custody in Colorado. Police said his apartment appeared "booby-trapped" with explosives that appeared "very sophisticated," and officials could be on the scene for hours or days.

Time Management Tips: Focus on Your Priorities

Are you feeling overwhelmed, juggling too many tasks & projects, and feeling stressed out? I'm guessing YES!

You're not just an entrepreneur trying to start or manage a successful online business... you also have a full life outside of that vying for your time and attention.

We're always in search of that magic solution, the ideal schedule or routine, and testing out different Time Management tips & techniques to replace those that just aren't working anymore. Or at least I am.

That's where I am now actually.

Do you find that you work all day, day after day, and "stay busy" - but never actually achieve your goals, or get to your most important tasks?

Lately it has become obvious that my current Time Management techniques simply are NOT working for me. At the moment, I should say - because they've worked just fine for me in the past. But I have new projects, changes in my routine, and very ambitious goals to reach before the end of the year... so it's time for change!

The Time Management changes I decided to make were very simple, but are already making a huge difference in my work/life balance and in my productivity...

Yesterday I read a thought provoking article FULL of Time Management tips by Karyn Greenstreet titled 44 Tips for Dealing with Overwhelm. The article itself seemed overwhelming at first glance (lol), so I printed it off to read in my "offline reading time" - which is a new Time Block I've recently added to my daily routine.

In the article, Karyn made a brilliant point:

You're in control of your calendar. You're in control of which projects are top priority. You're in control of your thoughts about your business. You?re even in control of whether you answer a ringing phone or not...

Stating the obvious? Sure! But how many of us control our day, instead of letting our day (and all of it's distractions) control us?

Time Management tips will only work for you if they are in line with YOUR current objectives. Tip: Focus On Your TOP Priorities!

You can study Time Management tips & techniques all day long, but in the end they are not going to work for you if they're not in line with your goals - specifically.

If you know your objective upfront you can choose & apply those tips strategically, as they relate to YOUR goals, which is the key. Before you can effectively manage your time, or achieve life balance, you have to know what you want to do - and why.

As I was analyzing my own routine against my goals this past week, I found myself overwhelmed trying to fit all the little tasks into all the little time blocks. Like piecing together a puzzle in the dark. I had to back out and look at the big picture.

I made a list of my Top Five Priorities, or top five things I most wanted to achieve in my life by year end. These are things I've wanted to do/change for awhile now, aside from and in addition to my current schedule & routine. Of course as we all know, wanting and thinking and wishing won't get you anywhere fast.

It takes consistent and specific action to achieve ANY goal.

I started by making a list of all my current obligations. This included both business and non-business tasks. Basically everything that makes up my usual routine. I analyzed that list for things that could be scheduled, removed or outsourced.

Next I took the "top five" list, the things I want to change/add, and determined what I would need to do (ie specific tasks) to turn those goals into reality.

Let's say for example that you want to blog more consistently, exercise daily, spend more time in your garden or finish a book you've been writing for ages. In order to fit anything new into your schedule, you have to make an appointment to get it done.

Otherwise you may find that the majority of your time is spent on tasks that aren't in line with your biggest goals, and you spend very little time (if any at all) working toward reaching those goals. And that's just plain frustrating.

Making The Most Of Your Time

Take some time today to consider your biggest wishes and wants in life. What would you most love to achieve, that you haven't been able to get started on - or complete? What nags you the most in the back of your mind about your life or business?

What would it take to achieve that goal?

Break it down into a consistent action (or actions), determine how often you need to do it and how long it will take, and schedule it in! Like they illustrated in the video above, you should focus on your top priorities (your biggest rocks) FIRST.

Everything else is just a distraction, or a means of procrastinating...

If you need a starting point, keep a Time Log for three straight days. Make note of everything you do in your time each day, and how long it takes. This includes sleeping, eating, watching TV, working, spending time with family - all of it. You'll probably find that you have 24 hours in your Time Log just like the rest of us.

Well before that three days is up you'll start to see where you could be making better use of your time, what you can stop doing, and how you might be able to fit in the things you'd like to start doing.

It's not just about time management, or doing the things "experts" (or well meaning friends & family) say you should be doing. It's about doing what is most important to you. Period. Because you cannot do it all. And you DO get to choose.

Know where you are.

Know where you want to be.

Know what it's going to take to get from here to there.

Then... go do it!
